Hello Joseph. I Was just about to set up my new bedroom furniture & order another double cream wardrobe with mirror doors & pine knobs but thankfully before i did i put all my other new furniture in the bedroom that you supplied to me from our storage room at put them in my flat & i am very disappointed with the wrong ordered headboard & substandard bed that you sent me. In my honest opinion all that you have sent me has been substandard, wrong height headboard not the same as the 1 in the photograph that you sent me to my phone.
And all the units i could only class as seconds in quality.
Please respond asap before i decide what action to take in order to return all of the furniture for a full & complete refund of £650 Paid Via Paypal & £150 which you insisted that i paid as final payment. Please note that the furniture is still fully wrapped & packaged as it was delivered to me by your company.”
