DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!If i could give zero stars I would, I bought a highchair and put it together, when I put my baby in the tray was at his chin it was far too high. I requested to return the item and was told it needed to be in its original box, I could not get it apart and so I contacted the actual manufacturer of the high chair who confirmed that with this chair once it is put together it does not dismantle and therefore it is impossible for me to do. Kiddies kingdom are refusing to let me return the item as it is not in the box however as confirmed by the manufacturer it doesn?t go down once up. Kiddie?s kingdom t&c states that the item must be in the original packaging if this is possible whichmy return is inline with all of their terms and conditions yet the company are still refusing to take the item back. It?s also within the company?s 14 days cooling off period as also in the t&cs but this company do not comply with their own terms. Avoid at all costs please read the reviews and learn from our mistakes I wish I had listened.

AVOID THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY! Ordered a car seat which was no good so needed to return. Boxed the item as I was told to and a courier came to collect it. (Courier was organised by kiddies kingdom) over a month later I?ve received no refund and kiddies kingdom are claiming they never received the seat back! Surely if the item didn?t arrive they?d have contacted me as it was them who arranged the courier and return. I?m now £129 out of pocket and kiddies kingdom are no longer replying to my emails. They even replied to my trustpilot review asking me to email them which I did and they?ve still not replied! Funnily enough they no longer sell this seat so I believe they just didn?t want it back! They?ve happily kept my money though for a seat I NO LONGER HAVE! Spend the bit extra elsewhere and make sure you?re not ripped off like I have been!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Bought a Chicco hug air 4-in-1 in August (baby due start of December). My baby arrived end of November and after a short time my partner and I noticed the crib was dipping in the middle. We had grave concerns about increased risk of SIDS so stopped using the item and reported the fault, providing video evidence. After hearing nothing I contacted the company by phone who have refused a refund and made no offer of replacement. Instead they wish to contact the manufacturer and have chosen to disregard consumer protection legislation. I have a useless product - unfit for purpose, unsafe and at a cost of around £200 I expected better. I have now bought another crib for my little one. AVOID this company who will not help in the event of a faulty product. Worth paying slightly more at John Lewis or another more reputable retailer who will resolve the matter.

Ordered a stroller and never got it. Paid nearly £400 for it. It went on for months all kiddies kingdom did was say it?s no longer their problem and take it up with DPD. Kiddies kingdom went on for months saying provide proof of which I did (loads of proof) and then all of a sudden because they know I didn?t get the item they just don?t care!! Staff there just didn?t really care to help or keep me updated.

Brilliant costermer service orded a pushchair found one £20 cheaper after the fact with next day delivery they swapped my order for the cheat one and are refunding the £20 difference received it next day and even had a phone call back to let me know everything had been sorted. Best costumer service I have experienced in a very long time highly recommend them absolutely brilliant

Avoid. Truly awful service. I cancelled after the 4th delay/estimate for delivery was missed, each time I had to chase them for answers. All I ever got was an email back saying it'll be another 5-10 working days before delivery. 2 months this went on, not once did customer services reach out to say they were going to miss their own delivery estimate. They don't respond to requests for call backs, and now their phone lines have been closed down with covid as the excuse. Shockingly bad.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM DO NOT TRUST !!Most terrible online shopping experience that I had so far !! Absolutely rubbish service I had to wait 2 months to receive my parcel which I had order 18 items! They kept delay my delivery and after waiting so long they send me the parcel in 2 different days and 4 items of my list was missing ! When I contacted them customer service hanged up the phone on me and I have send them so many emails and proof of video and photos that I did not have received my parcel but no one is replying back to me ! I asked for refund and there is no communication from them that I had to call my credit card company !!! They are scammers DO NOT BUY HERE !

AVOID. Cot bed arrived 3 days late. 3 days waiting in for it courtesy of DPD couriers. Bed was in terrible order. Box had been taped back up. Wood was cracked and bits broken. DPD failed to pick up the bed today so another wasted day. 4 in total. Really don't think customer service care. Do yourself a favour and get the products on Amazon. Arrived quickly and not broken!!

First time ordering form kiddieskingdom and we have found everything we needed. we bought baby cot blankets that are 120*60 and we have found some nice at very good price and also bought some toys that are on offer so we ended up buying more than we wanted because offers were too good and won't last long. We are very surprised and happy as received products next day and in good condition. Bravo kiddieskingdom keep it up!!!!!!
