Rude elderly woman was dancing. I went to ask her about some vitamins. She said I?m dancing and when I replied IT?S OKAY with a smile even though they get paid for working not dancing. She said I?m not apologising, that was very rude and unprofessional behaviour. I just ignored her. If you can?t respect your customers and can?t provide good service to them then you shouldn?t be working in this business. The young lady behind counter was good.

Got some vitamins today as i am a carer i should have got 10% discount showed the lady a photo id of my carer badge nhs health and social care worker and the light blue card that had my name on both stuff but she didn't appy the discount as she wanted 2 different form of ID very bad customer service wont go again

Went in here first time as I usually go to whiterose store . Was really impressed for a small store. An Asian female assistant (sorry I didn?t catch your name) working there had a wealth of knowledge and recommended the correct vitamins and dosages etc. Having hyperactive thyroid I wasn?t aware that I can?t take some vitamins and she really made me aware of this. An item I required wasn?t available on shop floor but she said it will be in stock soon so I?ll have to go back or order online. I Won?t need to travel to whiterose anymore especially for my online order pick ups too. Shame it?s a small store wish they?d make it bigger and stock more items.

Annoying elderly who is always working here kept chatting on the phone when I was looking for tea tree toothpaste, then I finally interputed her mundane conversation asking if they have ANY tea tree toothpaste as there was every other herb except teatree she said she only has a small shop and doesn't stock it ? how annoying nowi have to visit a larger store or buy online and pay postage, why can't this local store stock essential items I need bloody useless people.
