Poor service, poor customer care from the blond lady, she stated that there?s people saying to us that we deposit Isle of Man notes here,I stated that know one said to me that you guys deposit that?s why I asked and to see if my old account was open! The hostility was not appropriate or appreciated! Would not recommend opening a bank up here.

My neighbours bank card would not work.. went to mirfield Branch they had no cash. Went to Dewsbury had to wait for the one person on the counter to finish booking holiday on his personal mobile phone. Eventually was called forward to be told even though he had his bank card and ID was told he could only take out £100 maximum. Needless to say the card will take 10-14 days this man is a young 71year old who has fought for this country to be made to feel that to request his own money is a crime !!! A shocking account into how we are treated !!!

Pakistani girl who never was taught to meet greet and smile , she with the long fuzzy messy hair that covers her name badge cannot fo her job properly. Gave me statements from the wrong date, asked nosey questions and gave her unwanted opinion. She also claimed she couldn?t give the fraud number. Another branch gave it and I got through to fraud investigations but I lost the number, she refused to give it or help. Looks like bank staff support frauds sbd not victims of fraud like me. Shame on you. Won?t forgive you for being part of siding with a fraudster.

Lost my bank card had to loose days of work no money for fuel, because of website opens 9am but closes at 3:30pm Mon to Friday, pays to have second accounts cash used to be king as many petrol stations are card only without staff, all online banking has killed off bank opening hours, staff were friendly and helpful but now technology has taken over
