Availablity and prices are good, the store is well kept and there is ample parking. You'll be able to get pretty much everything you need for your everyday motoring requirements. Service on the other hand leaves a bit to be desired, especially having more than one person on the checkout at busy times.

My front number plate fell off my car so I went to halfords dewsbury west yorkshire with my log book and id and I thought I would have a look round the store whilst there and I was only half way up the first isle and the guy who served me said your number plate is ready.
Fast polite and friendly superb.

Exchanged a bike, the staff at Dewsbury were really helpful and polite and made the process easy and stress free, I also made another purchase and got a free item and money off, happy days! Would highly recommend Halfords :-)

Very substundard product. I bought a battery charger, used it once, then it would not recharge. They said it's not on guarantee any longer, therefore it's not their problem. Unbelievable.

I had dash cam fitted but whilst I was waiting I had a bit of a near fainting experience of which lasted about 4 minutes. So I stayed sat inside of halfords until I felt ok . I eventually got to car & went home. Sometimes later I discovered I'd lost my wallet & it could only have been between leaving halfords & going home.
I went to the shop the next day & it had been saved in store for me to collect. I must say how honest the staff are as the wallet had quite a bit of cash in it plus driving licence bus pass, bank card's etc. Anyway I gave them a reward & couldn't thank them enough . Hope they enjoy it as they deserve to .

Last week I ordered car air filter and they showing it was red colour £19.20 and today I went to collect staff give me another one yellow £10 I told him this is wrong he said no that?s your order this is only picture different so plz when you go for buy any items if it?s not available in store don?t order it !!!

?I had a really bad experience. An Instagram ad promised a full air conditioning check and gas refill. I went to Halfords Dewsbury ,they filled the gas, but afterward, the technician said my compressor was faulty and that I should visit a garage. I ended up paying £130 for a service that didn?t help at all. Was this right??
