I am writing to commend the outstanding service I have consistently received at your Dewsbury store. On my recent visit, I was introduced to the FlexPay option, which was explained to me with clarity and precision. Yakub, the Assistant Manager assisting me, demonstrated remarkable patience, ensuring I fully understood the details without any sense of rush.
Having previously visited other stores where I felt my concerns were dismissed, I find Yakub's attentive approach to be a significant differentiator. His dedication to customer satisfaction gives me confidence and assurance, which is why I continue to choose EE for my mobile service needs.

Kirsty was amazing today answered all our questions knowledgeable and managed to save us a lot of money on our Wi-Fi and mobile contracts it was great doing face to face service especially with a smile

Was having issues with my contract and over the phone the guides weren't helpful just kept putting me on hold and weren't sure how to resolve my issue. Went into store and problem solved in less than 10mins! Can't thank the team member enough.

Had a very good experience, the staff on site were very helpful and polite. All my queries were answered and I left the store feel satisfied and happy with the service all the staff at EE provided. Will definitely recommend to all family and friends.

Waiting time is very long and staff talking each other.I want to switch three to EE broadband. I authorised Ahsan to talk three about my sim service problem but he cancelled my sim aswell my phone contract.I tried to stop him but he said you can buy outside
I said no I don't buy there so he gave me bt phone forcefully.When I charged this phone battery going down fast.after charging 3 or 4 hours battery finished without using so after 2 days I went to return this phone they said we can't return this is against our policy. Their behaviour is very rude
I hate their EE.
