Poor experience. iPhone autocorrected the wrong spelling and they wouldn?t change it, emailed twice and spoke to customer service who seemed to not care at all that my daughter would not have a stocking.

This company took my order and money then several days later, they cancelled the order because one of the items was out of stock. I still wanted the second item, pot pourri, however they cancelled that too and when I reordered it, it had doubled in price. When it arrived, there was no scent of it whatsoever and it contained only 12 tiny pine cones and 3 pieces of plastic pine leaves. Don?t waste your money.

I found this website and was so excited to see so many wonderful looking items at reasonable pricing. Delivery was supposed to be quick at 3-5 days for delivery. Ordered some stockings on the 4th December - expecting to see them delivered by the 9th which gave me plenty of time to see them and if I didn?t like them return them and find some different ones. Still had no dispatch notice by the 9th so I called them first thing in the morning to be informed they were still packing it!!! I said I was very unhappy and it should have been delivered today, not started to be packed - which they agreed! I was then told it would be dispatched on a 24hr delivery service to ensure it arrives and if it?s not with me Monday to call back. I still hadn?t received a dispatch notice by 3pm so called again to find they had closed their phone lines as they were too busy!It was later dispatched on Saturday, but according to the tracking hadn?t reached Royal Mail. Contacted customer service again on Monday to say it still hasn?t arrived to be told the delay is due to strikes!!! But they took 6 days to process the order so it had nothing to do with the Royal Mail. We are now on day 8 and the royal mails are on strike today and tomorrow and next week so I now have no chance! I?m down financially now and Customer service are now completely unresponsive as I said it?s too late I want it cancelled and refunded as I need time to find an alternative. Absolutely disgusted with the service. Will NEVER order again!

In July I ordered 8 wine goblets After a longish wait I received 7 goblets. I got on to not on the high street and after a long wait received a goblet bug if was the wrong design. More waiting and still no goblet. We are on day 26 now and now I am wishing I had asked for s refund

I'm new to this site and loved these cast iron tablecloth weights! We have quite a breezy garden and large tablecloth so opted for 8 birds. They're just the right size and weight and each has a strong clip. Really well made and pretty too. Speedy delivery was an added bonus. Delighted.

Bought an autumn and Christmas wreath which were both under £15. They are made of wood and other natural materials. Beautiful and unusual. Delivered in a sturdy box which is great to store it in out of season.
