Extremely disappointed with the staff here, whilst I was shopping all I could hear was them talking down negativity about dewsbury. Appaled that they would do this in store with customers, a very negative vibe and I was left disgusted by the vocabulary and words used when shopping for a happy occasion.

I would like to thank the young lady who yesterday 4/4/25 helped me when I became unwell in the Ravensthrpe store. It was around 12 noon, she got me a chair & a drink of water. She kept an eye on me until I started to feel a little better, even asked if she could get me anything to eat or another drink if it would help me feel better. She was very polite, kind & helpful, thank you very much, there should be more people like you.
