Who ever designed the new layout of the store really messed things up! No one likes it not customers, not the staff, no one! It is ridiculous. Cat food next to toilet paper. And all kinds of random things that don't fit with each other!

Cashier clearly respond to customers by the colour of their skin. I had to ask for a carrier bag and greeted the cashier meanwhile the customer before ne and after me were greeted with a hello and a smile and were asked if they needed a bag! Really disappointed as I had 2 young children with me and spent a lot more then either of the two customers! I won't be returning!

Usual tatt and cheap rubbish bit you can find some bargains if you're prepared to search. I visited 13 November and was subjected to awful Xmas music! Bah humbug ?

Need more staff at counter. Staff need to improve in customer service. Rotten staff, no politeness, no warm welcome. Feel gutted
