very friendly staff, especially aleisha who kindly brought out paint switches to my mum who could not come inside the store, helping us pick the best paint shade for our bathroom cabinet

Had a product I needed to exchange, the item was a special buy so not something stocked by the store, the item was almost out of its warranty period. Couple today with a trolley full of returns no dedicated returns area just one till open stood waiting with a line of others for over 10 minutes till some chap decides in his wisdom to open another till ,terrible builders stood around with trolleys full of wood in a long line waiting .
