Very un helpfull staff especially the manger who has no respect for customers

Order online a fan for collection at white rose store. When I got there I was told it was a ghost order and my money would be refunded. I needed the product urgently with the warm weather so I purchased one over the counter in store. However when I got it home a part was broken.
I then rang customer service and explained everything, I was told my money would take up to 5 days, then was told to take the faulty product back to be replaced. Then? was told my first order was not a ghost order and that it was ready to collect. I find this service disgusting and not at all acceptable. I?m disabled which makes it difficult to get back down to the store anyway. Argus would not budge on anything I suggested and that they advise I speak to the store manager when I get to the store in question. ARGOS YOU RUINED MY DAY .. NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE ??

I had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful lady called Lisa at Dewsbury Argos, who gave me outstanding customer service. She definitely went the extra mile to answer my questions regarding a faulty product and without me asking and without me having the relevant details, used her own amazing detective skills to make sure I could contact the right department. And did all this with outstanding communication skills. This lady is an asset to Argos, can't recommend her highly enough. Best wishes Lisa! ?

Bought a Samsung Chromebook 1 week ago it is fully charged but goes of after say 1/2 hour sometimes 1 or 2 hours won?t refund even though faulty said I?m to video call Samsung and show the fault so I?m really going to sit up to 2 hours lol absolute joke so faulty item 6 days old they won?t touch it I?m to do a call that we all could be sat waiting 2 hours to show a fault then get a reference from Samsung then I can have my money back never shop at Argos in future I?ll use Amazon.

Bought scale from Argos which doesn?t work and they wouldn?t take it back. Waste of money

God forbid, my airfryer breaks into a fire becuase of argos not returning it despite me saying it smells chemically, like plastic when food heats up. Wouldn't even give them one star. Don't ever go to Argos for your electric items. My airfryer was making the food smell like plastic and metal, therefore I took it to Argos where they suggested I got in touch with the manufacture as it it still in warranty. I have got in touch with the manufacturer and they advised to go back to Argos for a full return,refund exchange. So I go back to Argos and show them this is what the manufacturer is saying and they still refuse to give me a return. Bear in mind I have tried every method of deep clean (CIF, lemon with baking soda, detergent vinegar and bicarbonate of soda and elbow grease. If the manufacture is apologising on Argos behalf and saying they should offer me a return, then I don't know why Argos is not agreeing. NEVER SHOP AT ARGOS.

I bought a clothes airer in march and it broke. I took it back and the guy straight away said that it could not be returned as it was accidental damage. I said i had only had it 6 week and that it was obviously not fit for purpose. He kept saying i couldnt return it. I was extremely angry. I contacted Argos via their website and they said i could take it back as it was obviously faulty. I took it to Argos in White Rose and their was no arguing. I got a refund straight away. I have shopped at Argos Dewsbury loads of times but never again.
Staff extremely rude and not willing to listen.
