Rude staff.Booked a table for 6pm on Mother?s Day. Arrived early to have a drink, asked at 6PM how long it would be.Manager abruptly said ?I have you down for 6:15?After waiting until that time we were told they didn?t have any tables so we had to be seated in the marquee in a different building.After moving to the marquee we waited another 10 mins before being seated. Staff there had no idea we had been moved from the main restaurant. Was no menus on the table and had to go up and find a member of staff to give us a menu.Another 10 mins followed no menu!Another staff member came and asked us if we were ready to order!!!We said we haven?t seen the menu and she said they have a different menu so can?t serve the same as in the restaurant.No apology, nothing.We were not told when we moved to marquee the food would be limited.So it was 7:15 before we ordered our food.Just shocking service, very unorganised.Only one waitress out of about 5 members of staff we encountered actually apologised.Food was nice but service and delays ruined this experience.

Manager rude . Waited over 1hour for table ( beyond booking time) Eventually were seated told limited choice of menu.

What can I say rang today on the off chance of a table . Wow first time we?ve eaten here and will be back lamb kofta and chicken masala out of this world. The others had surf and turf and loved theirs . Great food great staff great prices. Friendly busy pub awesome food

I got married in OctoberWhat an amazing experience we had!! Susan and the team go all out!! It was so magical from start to finish. The food was hot and executed perfectly so guests were not waiting ages.

Large table booking, they weren't ready at all. Then tried to squeeze 16 of us onto a table that wasn't big enough. Then finally put on tables stuck together. Food was nice but the experience felt hard work when some of us had come a fair distance.

Disgusting I had a lasagne it was all burnt and dried up priced at £15 .I was asked if I wanted something else I said noAs we had waited one and and half hours .This was on 27/1/24

Lovely food, service was slow but was busy, also overcharged but classed it as the tip. Would definitely recommend for food quality and atmosphere
