Place was absolutely filthy. 3 staff on and nobody else in expect myself and every single table was filthy as well as the floors around them. One staff member was just stood talking on her phone and the other 2 were just chatting amongst themselves until one of them finally decided to serve me. I smiled brightly and he just mumbled what do you want.
Food was an average but the server just threw everything on and that was it.
I stayed for about 45 minutes as I was waiting for an appointment nearby. Nobody came to clean the tables or floors on this time and nobody else came in the store. Wasn?t even anyone behind the counter half the time!

Have been here several times as I like Subways (obviously) and this one is convenient and good for parking. That aside, generally the staff are generally a bit morose and the tables are often uncleared. I can sort of see why this would be in the world of casual employees and retail, but please - a smile and a bit of enthusiasm would go a long way. The sarnies are nice though. Cheer-up! May never happen I say!

Best Subway I've been to.Staff are mostly all lovely, especially Lucy and paige. Always have a genuine smile and actually care for the food they serve. Presented very nicely too.The store is always perfectly clean, I've never seen any leftover rubbish every time I've visited.After the recent refurb the store looks much nicer too.Parking: Right outside the store, easy to access, loads of spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible (including toilet facilities) but the small ramp in front of the store is a little steep.

Gluten free sandwich made by a man who changed gloves and washed hands due to it being a gluten free order, great to see and great to see when you have a gluten allergy.
