Food was ok.. basic.. I had a chicken burger which was a coated chicken burger ?.. with a hash brown and a not great bit of bacon... had to ask for the table to be wiped off even though it was sticky and mess still on it. Staff were accommodating and busy

Staff were nice and friendly but we chose to eat from the carvery but this was poor quality. The food was only warm at best as though it had been under the heat lamps for hours. We would not choose to eat here again.

Very dissapointing, cluttered uncleared tables, 5+ minutes wait at the bar, no green veg on the carvery. Just an experence i wouls not want to have again

It was alright. Clean and tidy, friendly staff, dog friendly, ample parking, no waiting for a table.
The food took a while to arrive at the table but the portion size was good and the food was cooked well.

Staff were all lovely but the food wasn't great at all and not worth the prices. Nacho sharer was just a bag of crisps warmed up with some really cheap bland sauces chucked on top.
Kids meal of chicken nuggets chips and sweetcorn was dreadful. Not sure there was any actual chicken in the nuggets and a very small portion of chips. McDonald's is certainly better quality and value for kids.
The carvery was ok but clearly had been sat all day. The meat, spuds and Yorkshire were great. The veg was average and not much choice.
Sadly wouldn't go again as it was all very expensive for below average food.
It was also very cold in there down by the kids area!

Food was absolutely delicious and the staff are super friendly and fun
HOWEVER since the establishment is pet friendly which is absolutely fine there was a family that decended upon the vicinity with some sort of poodle type dog that would not stop barking then another family came in with a dog on an extendable lead that kept approaching our table

First time dining here and we were well impressed. Greeting at the door was very friendly and welcoming, all the staff we came into contact with were professional and nice, ordered by the Q code on the menu ( the very first time I ever done this) and the meals very brought to our table in reasonably good time. The food was very good and tasty and good portions.
All in all a very good pleasant experience and will definitely come back.

We were put with 3 other tables that were all talking over eachother having a drink we went for my birthday and it wasn?t a good experience at all, i had the American steak and it was chewy i couldn?t eat it, the sprouts from the carvery were hard and everything was warm wasn?t even hot, very poor choice for juiceed drinks, and the hot drinks we ordered weren?t even hot they were room temperature, overall not a very good experience at all this time, overly priced food for us to waste
