Our server, Lauren was very friendly and attentive, and very patient and helpful in accommodating my awkward garlic allergy. The food was excellent - including a beautifully cooked, medium rare steak. I highly recommend a visit to the Castleford restaurant.

There was no drink menu available, so we had to guess what drinks were served. We were also informed that drink prices had increased, but no updated menus were provided. On top of that, one of our orders was incorrect, forcing us to wait an additional 15 minutes while my daughter was already starving. We had already waited 20 minutes for our food.
To make matters worse, my chicken flatbread was completely inedible?the chicken was grey, had a foul smell, and tasted like it had been sitting for days. What was supposed to be a special Mother?s Day meal turned into a huge disappointment.

Quite disappointed with the meal. The salad bar looked tired, the five bean salad was sat in almost a milky juice. The rest didn't look that fresh. My main meal of The Chicken Stacker wasn't up to much either. The fillet burgers were quite dry and tasteless, the fries weren't that warm. The cheese and jalapeno doughnuts were nice, the hash brown again, like the chicken fillets, was dry and tasteless. Our waitress was very pleasant and welcoming.

Entered the harvester very unwelcoming atmosphere staff didn?t look like they wanted to be there if I?m honest. We sat down and ordered pretty much straight away as there was only one other family in there at the time. We waited at least half an hour for our food when we asked where it was they said it had only been on the system for 13 minutes which in fact we had been sat there half an hour or more. We said forget about our food as we had somewhere to be however the lady said it?s here now in which I could see it was just sat on the pass not sore how long it had been there but when the food came over it was freezing. I let the staff member know and she said do you want another or shall I just take it off no apology nothing, to say these people work in hospitality they have no customer skills what so ever I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Parking: Make sure you input your car registration into the tablet as you enter the restaurant. Or there's plenty of parking in junction 32

We attend here for food quite often and we have never had bad service or food. The staff are attentive and professional.
Parking: Ensure you add your registration number to the screen inside to avoid parking ticket
Kid-friendliness: We have taken our 3 daughters several times and each time they have enjoyed it. Good food options and serving sizes available for all ages

Lovely food, lovely staff, wish I knew the woman?s name cos she was great. Was a VERY busy day and had to wait a little longer than expected, you could see the server didn?t stop though, so the food and service still makes it a 5 star
