I recently had a property valuation with Connor Morgan.
Connor was friendly and professional throughout his visit, and knows the local area like the back of his hand.
We had a previous valuation and were quoted a very high price for the property. Armed with a portfolio of local sales to compare with, Connor explained that our first valuation was too high, gave us a more realistic idea of the property's value and a plan to market it appropriately.
While disappointing to hear, this is the kind of honesty that people should value in an agent. Rather than competing with another agent's unrealistic valuation, he provided a well-researched assessment of the property and left us to make a decision.
I would highly recommend Connor to anyone looking to sell their home.

Had my house listed with an online-only agent for 16 weeks with no offers ? partly because the price ended in £5,000, which meant fewer buyers saw it online. Switched to William H Brown, Connor advised a guide price, and I was under offer the very next weekend. Service was miles better from start to finish ? would 100% use them again!

Excellent branch with a phenomenal team!! I can't recommend this team of wonderful people enough. Customer service provided from Chloe and the rest of the staff was outstanding and the rapid service selling my property was unbelievable and unexpected. The way they managed everything so I didn't have made it such a stress free proces. I was kept in the loop with updates from the girls regularly but was never bombarded. Simple, easy, attention to my needs, resulting in a successful and extremely fast sale. I can't thank you all enough. Will recommend this bunch of excellent people to anyone and everyone. I'd even shout it from my new roof top. Thank you so much WHB Castleford. You've helped change my life for the better.

Very poor avoid. 3 weeks they have done nothing. Valuation on 21st of February by 7th of March they had not even written a property description for me to pre view. Waited 3 weeks for photography. No money laundering check. Odd how do they know I am a legitimate owner. Only progress a sales board put in the front garden right in front of bay window. Damaging my lawn. Still waiting for notice of when the board will be collected!

Alena (mortgage consultant) was brilliant. Alena supported me with setting up the mortgage application, solicitors and home insurance on my first house. Everything was well explained, clear and easy to understand. I would certainly recommend Alena & Team at William h brown Castleford.

Unless of course , you want to be kept in the dark, and do the job of an estate agent yourself?? consistently chasing for updates (that's if you can get through on the phone lines as more than likely they do not answer) and when they do, get spoken to in a very rude and unprofessional manor (like you are a hindrance)
Very poor service , the buyer of the property we listed with wh brown had a very poor service too! - very close to loosing sale as a result.
No contact throughout the process !
Happy to sign you up , take the fee ! But do zero work.
Will be logging a formal complaint .
