Whilst waiting to be served i couldn't help to be impressed by the way the member of staff in store (Shannon I believe) dealt with the gentlemen she was serving in front of me and equally impressed, as an elderly person who knows little of phone technology, when it was my turn and she talked me through the options available and put my mind at rest when making a purchase. I returned two days later when my phone had been delivered in store where another member of staff (Helen?) took me through enabling the phone and showing me the basics required for first use. Very friendly and very efficient I think Three should be proud to have these members of staff working in the Castleford store.

Shannon dealt with us, and what a patient, professional, knowledgeable and simply lovely member of staff she is
Nothing was too much trouble
Her colleague Helen was equally as pleasant
I highly recommend this shop

I was hoping to find an email address for Head Office / Customer Services but as advised by the live chat advisor, no such contact exists. In any case, I would like to publicly compliment two staff members at the Castleford Calton Lanes branch.
I attended the store today and explained straight away that I was interested in the Google Pixel 9 Pro / Pro XL but that I was not in a position to buy today, as I am making the switch to Android after being the owner of Apple phones for over 17 years - therefore this is a big decision and investment in changing operating system and manufacturer. (I didn't want to give them false hope of a purchase).
I was assisted in store by both Helen and Shannon - Both of whom deserve the highest thank you for their attitude, willingness to help and knowledge. Despite the fact that they knew I was not purchasing from them today, they still dedicated their time to me and made me feel valued. They did not pressure me into buying on the spot, which is extremely rare in this sales environment, and if anything, makes me want to purchase from them even more.
There was no bully sales tactics, no stress, and no pressure. They were simply kind, professional, friendly and helpful. They both went above and beyond to assist me and their help was invaluable.
People are very quick to complain in our society, but not quick enough to compliment a job well done! As such I would like to thank them for their knowledge, help and personable qualities. I feel the public, their manager and both individuals themselves should be informed of how their attitude and attention to detail made me feel. I feel rewarded having been served by these two staff members, and therefore I would like to pass this on by rewarding them with my thanks. Shannon and Helen - thank you! And to their manager / SLT - you have two extremely positive staff members working for you, please pass on my thanks!

We were struggling to find somewhere nice for coffee in central Castleford and Flavours was recommended to us by a highstreet shopkeeper. Sited indoors within a somewhat depressing shopping center, we found Flavours to be basic, clean and attractive. The service however was very disappointing. Our server couldn't have been less welcoming and more sour-faced if she'd tried - at least I hope not, for her sake. We felt as though we were severely inconveniencing her by even standing at the counter, let alone asking for an oatmilk latte, a pot of earl grey tea and a glass of freshly-squeezed orange juice. The speed of her drinks preparation was glacially slow. The oatmilk was steamed to an excessively hot temperature and then banged very loudly on the counter-top in front of us, just inches away. It being quite a hot day in Castleford, and especially so inside the airless shopping center, the offer of ice with the orange juice would have been very much appreciated. We did consider asking for some, but on reflection decided not to push our luck. Would we go again, or recommend Flavours to others? Nah.
