My partner and I visited this store yesterday for some perfume inspiration. Nav was amazing! She was very friendly, helpful and insightful. No question or request was too much. She even managed to help multiple people at the same time.

Visited today and probably will not visit again. Went inside to try a tester that was on display. I sprayed a couple on my self to see what it smells like and all of a sudden, an old lady with short hair with glasses behind the counter started shouting at me saying you can't spray it on your self. It was a tester for customers to try on ?. Anyways, i ended up going to another fragrance shop and bought the same fragrance that I wasn't allowed to spray on my self. Absolute joke of customer service ??

It was quite busy when I went, and with only 3 staff, queues were inevitable but the staff were very attentive and took their time to make sure they understood my requirements.I was amused at the music glitching and playing a clip of Mambo Number 5 over and over again!

Visited today, made to feel like I was bothering when asking to smell different scents (buying a gift) the lady was rude. Muttered something under her breath as I left. Would not go here again.

Absolutely shocking customer service received today at the Glasshoughton, Castleford store.I went in with a family member and my daughter so my family member could purchase a fragrance.A staff member who was cleaning the counter looked up at a person who entered the store and asked them if they needed any help but completely ignored us. Another staff member said I will deal with this and said staff member continued cleaning.I asked if she is free to assist us with a query re a particular fragrance and the discount they have in store.She told us re the discount and as another staff member added in some info the said staff member continued cleaning. I then asked is she able to help choose the fragrance if not shall I ask another member of staff at which point she eye rolled me and slung her cloth down she was cleaning with.When I asked if there was an issue and why she eye rolled she and the staff there got defensive and said she did nothing wrong, it?s her first job and she?s only young and I should give her a break as it?s Christmas Eve.Excuses aside whether she has had a bad day or not, eye rolling at customers and making them feel like you are doing them a favour to assist them is not something you would expect from any customer facing staff. It is pure rude and I would not shop there again.If I could give 0 stars for the customer experience I would.That said the manager did step in and although no apology was given by her or this said staff member she dealt with my family members query.

Today I was helped by Claire, she was incredibly helpful and helped me find exactly the kind of fragrance that I was looking for. She patiently helped me look through different scents and found me one that I loved. All throughout the process she was friendly and shared her opinions with me as to what fragrance would be best. Fantastic customer service all around!
