Ye, but pigged off with them really. They put my beer of choice up and up to prohibitive level's, so I swapped and now they've stopped doing choice number two.

I really don't like the way things appear and then just disappear never to be seen again after a couple of weeks.

Ye, they're frustrating really, they do some stuff for a couple of weeks and then you never see it again. The shrinkflation on the Brie de Meaux is quite notable nowadays.

Also they did some really good fruit pies for about three weeks and now they've stopped them as well!

“My fiancé & I bought a small frozen chicken for £1-49, we both enjoyed 3 meals from that chicken ?, we'll definitely be back for another soon. In this photo I am having chicken stew on a pancake, it was lovely ?”

“Doing some late shopping and one item I just couldn't find (Tiramisu). I asked a new starter but she wasn't able to locate the dessert with it being her first day. A little later the new starter found me to tell me she had found the Tiramisu. A big thank you to the new staff member for helping me complete my shopping list!”

“Great 'corner 'mini supermarket' shop. Lovely helpful staff, always smiling and ready for a laugh or a little chat. They've got everything you need without having to go to a big shopping place. Iced drinks yummy, coffee yummy... Onsite parking is so helpful too. There is an ATM on the front of the building.”

“This morning I went to glasshoughton to purchase a photo cake for my mother's 90th birthday tomorrow, and I was having difficulty transferring the photo from my phone on to the machine.
Anyway, I spoke to a lovely man in the bakery dept....I didn't get his name, but he certainly needs a mention. He helped me solve my problem and I am extremely happy with the cake
I cannot thank this man enough, he was so helpful and pleasant...
He took the time to help me and really needs recognition, for his fantastic customer service
He is a credit to glasshoughton branch!!!

“Such a convenient little shop. Only very small but has everything you may need when popping to the shop. Long opening hours so always open when I've needed to call in. Check out staff are lovely and polite and they always have special offers on. The security guard on the other hand makes me personally feel uneasy as he has on a few occasions followed me around the store.... other than him I love this place”
