Service is shocking. Even if you were ordered online before these new people get in the queue.certain staff ain?t nice at all. This store need new staffs big time.

I was waiting for the blonde worker to notice me for 10 minutes as she was too busy having a conversation with a customer that had already ordered and payed for her drinks. Every time I see this worker I always think is it worth ordering anything as she is very slow.

Probably the best Starbucks in the Wakefield area. It's clean, organised, well run and most importantly the drinks are made to the Starbucks standard. Beware when visiting on weekend afternoons and bank holidays because they do get very busy!.On this occasion I got the Gingerbread Latte.

Just ordered an off menu Cold brew coffee and the barristers couldn?t not have been more accommodating and friendly. Best customer service I have received in time. Amazing service and brilliant atmosphere. The staff were friendly, welcoming and were delightfully chatty. They answered any questions we had and staff was just overall nice and friendly.
