The staff are not treated as well as they should, with lots of responsibilities placed on new staff, while being shouted at for doing everything they can.\\n\\nThe staff that are currently there are not as hard working, friendly or inviting as the member of staff that was previously there. Big loss to the store.

Great prices but the quality shows when washing jumpers I bought, they have lost their shape unfortunately. Staff very nice and polite and lots of choice.

The staff looked miserable and unapproachable during my last visit. I found a few dresses I liked but apparently a size 6 or 8 is too much to ask for. The prices in here aren't reduced (unlike advertised) and in walked out of the store quite dissatisfied with this shop's selection.

Was some nice things in. Quality is on the cheaper side. But a few decent pieces in. Would call again.

Prices as in a normal store. Even higher. Generally very nice service, but I would not call it an outlet...

The staff were friendly and helpful. I think that the clothing rails need to be reorganised. There was a selection of jackets that I liked in the under £10 range and when I went to pay for them they were both £17.50. This was misleading, if just one jacket was in the wrong place mistakes can occur, which I understand when customers like me wander round with items, but this was 5 jackets. ?

As soon as I walked in they started whispering then proceeded to follow me and my siblings. Customer service absolutely rubbish. If they don't want to work then no-one is forcing them too. They drive Customers away with their ignorance and attitude thats why there is nobody in the store. I pray God restores the vision of the stores before its too late.

Its ok.. not much of a range and poor quality... but.. the staff are helpfull and to be fair most teenagers would find somthing to suit their pocket

Terrible, customer service was non- existant I had to remind 2 members of staff that there are better Sales Workers than themselves out of work at the moment due to the current Pandemic. A memorable shopping experience for all of the wrong reasons!!! ?
