Printing services are incredible, the staff are so friendly and patient. I?ve been twice for the printing services and both times were great!
Kirsty was so helpful and kind.
Definitely recommended for anyone doing their own stationary for a wedding!

Absolutely disgusted with the service today as I wanted 2 printed out a4 sheets from an email
I asked the lady how much it would be in which she replied 35p b&w and 85p colour then when I paid it was nearly £4 in which she replied there was a service charge ?,had she of told me this in the 1st place I would have printed at home . I wil not shop there again out of principle. Iv been shopping years there and shop weekly and never been charged this .
I?m fuming .

Today, the 8th March 2024 in Castleford a young lady (Neomi, I think her name was) had a welcoming smile & provided an excellent service. Whilst trying to explain very badly what it was we needed, Neomi offered advice and lead us to the perfect items we required. I would consider her to be extremely helpful. I Hope her employee appreciates her as much as we did. (I do apologise if I do have her name wrong).

Just visited Rymans in Castleford to get a gaming map printed and laminated. The lady behind the desk with long blond hair was lovely and couldn?t have been more helpful making sure I was happy with everything. Highly recommend.

After a previous day's telephone query indicating I wanted a service they did not provide, I decided to call in. I wanted an A5 document bound when the company usually only binds A4. After a conversation with the Manager (Vicky) she agreed to try subject to me accepting responsibility if it didn?t work. She took the trouble to take great care and successfully bound the document for me. The service was exceptional in every way, helpful and pleasant. I can?t thank Vicky enough for the trouble she took to help me complete my project for my granddaughter. Such a positive attitude is a rarity these days, she is clearly a great asset to Rymans store in Castleford.
