Staff were friendly, service wasn?t the fastest but food was great nonetheless. My only issue is i have since received a parking fine as i wasn?t aware you was only allowed to use the car park for 30 minutes. I have been told by the car park company that i was supposed to extend my stay by an additional 30 minutes in the restaurant using a tablet which i wasn?t made aware of which by any staff which has now cost me an additional £60 on top of my meal. I do feel let down by this as you?re expected to be in and out within 60 minutes which is unrealistic. Unfortunately this has most likely put me off ever coming back as i do not wish to be getting rushed if i ever go to eat there

Called in at lunchtime with my partner, both ordered the buffet which was great, plenty of choice on the day. Quite enjoy the varying flavours of Pepsi offered in Pizza Hut. Service was prompt and we were satisfied all round.

Added: thank you for the restaurant for the help in cancelling parking charge. Children are wanting to go back for the endless ice cream and I probably will agree to take them..
Very dissapointed with service,I was constantly prompted to use online ordering and I do not go out to eat at venue to get multiple prompts to do it via screen.Staff were not busy and chatting in groups and still we were prompted to use online ordering by several of them. Also staff member allocated to us was shy and quiet, the place was cold which made food go colf fast and to top it up we also got issued a PCN after overtsaying parking (and we just lost the appeal) apparently there is an option to extend parking using tablet service which I was never offerred nor seen signs for it . We dined for 71 minutes which is not unreasonable. We went there as a treat after a busy day out eith children and it has just made the day worse by poor service and a PCN.
Also it is card only at restaurant, if you can call a place restaurant when they insist on placing orders via phone. I regret going there.
Parking: Beware parking is just for 60minutes. I had a PCN issued and I lost the appeal because I did not ask restaurant to extend parking-who would limit restaurant parking to 1hr!.. I did not even think of reading signs on cold and dark january evening with 2 tired kids in tow and the staff could have prompted us about parking,the place was not busy.

We had the buffet and got a deal with the kids to eat free.
The app ordering was a little confusing, but with a little help from the staff, we got what we came for and had a nice meal and chat . No cash is accepted at this restaurant, just so you know. All good and the food was always fresh and ready out all the time we were there.

Food, service and atmosphere all incredible. Danny our server was amazing, couldn't have done enough for us and made us feel really welcome! Courtney in the kitchen made the most delicious pizzas. We honestly can't thank the team enough, it was a perfect customer experience and we were a little taken back by it all. Well done team! We will be returning! You've made regulars out of us!
