Really nice place to eat, the food is good and the staff are friendly and helpful.
I would av given 5 stars for the food, but just recently the portion sizes has got smaller.

This is a regular for me.. you know what you're going to get from Nando's. Consistently good food, served quickly and when eating in there's a buzz as it's normally busy. A few times they have made mistakes on order on takeaways - the tills print receipts as regular when ordering large via the app so be sure to check! The manager (Yaz) is excellent, has always rectified any issues to satisfaction and never makes you feel as if you're the problem, takes full responsibility and ensures you leave feeling a valued customer.

Probably won?t return, my partner has been really ill since going here, the food itself tasted nice however the next day he was throwing up and really unwell, probably food poisoning by the looks of it. Praying I don?t get it

Got in, no staff waiting to seat us, queued up to order, manager walked away seeing me in the queue, all staff were stood in big groups gossiping, order was wrong.

Waited ages for food only to turn up cold very disappointed. No checkbacks by staff had to go find one to tell them about our food being cold.

I wouldn?t even consider ordering for delivery from here, food is missing 50% of the time and since they use deliveroo- who don?t offer any type of refund and you?re stuck between a dispute with deliveroo and nandos staff and neither take responsibility for the mistake. 6 orders in the past 12months and 3 have been missing items (borderline fraud at this point, you can?t keep blaming human error on this scale). Today has been the worst one yet, £42 spent and a whopping £15 worth of items nowhere to be seen. I phoned the restaurant spoke to ?Nile? (manager) who offered to ring me back to try and make amends but he?s just palmed me off and not rung me back (knew he would, it?s happened before) unfortunately today will be my last order ,l which is shame because the food is bang on.

I?m a regular at Nando?s and make it a point to visit various locations across the UK whenever I can. One of the things I love about Nando?s is the consistent quality.
Today, I visited this branch (table 21) and ordered a whole chicken to share. While the food was generally warm, it wasn?t served hot. I did ask for the piri chips to be replaced, which the waiter kindly did, but in hindsight, the chicken was also warm, which affected its usual great flavour (its almost cold temperature changed the dining experience).
I trust Nando?s for its consistency, but this experience has left me questioning whether I?d return to this location. The staff were lovely and did everything right, but I felt like I didn?t get the value I usually expect.

Turned up as doors were opening.,.food was still all over the tables from night before. Likewise with the floor. Underneath the chefs counter was chips and chicken . Not good !!!

I can?t comment on the food as we didn?t even get to order. None of our family like the spicy sauces but we loved the peri tamer unfortunately they didn?t have it so had to leave

Really nice food and really good service from the waiter Vanessa. She made the complicated ordering process simple and overall made our first nandos experience memorable, will be coming back.

Disappointing visit alot of food on the floor, knives and forks covered in food I had to pick through the pot in the end I asked for clean knives the staff member put them in the pot for me to go through and pick out the clean ones again, very poor need to get the basics right!!. This put me off eating my meal and spoilt my trip.
Food was OK tasty slaw.

Probably the worst Nandos I have had!
Arrived at 2.45pm ish, LOADS of grubby/uncleared tables. Sat down, ordered very quickly at the till, some items unavailable. Food arrived quickly but some elements were cold - we were in a rush so just cracked on. Food ok - salad was pretty brown. Toilets a mess and unclean. Gahhhhh. We love Nandos but this was grim and felt like a waste of a meal out.

Visited here the other day with a party of 5 of us. A 20 minute wait though, however it was busy.
Once ordered though, the food was delicious, and definitely worth the wait. The order didn't take long at all to reach our table.
On top of it all, 20% discount was also accepted through NHS discount. Would recommend.

Na na na na na na na na hey hey hey nandos! My friend Andy Ankle absolutely demolished his extra extra hot chicken breats in practically a millisecond. bro is a human hoover . Loved my garlic bread and peri chips, solid scran. Give everyone a raise and I will come back with andy and his extended family. They all love nandos and would pay your bills for a year with their single visit. Love! xx
