I came to Moss Bros - Castleford this Friday just passed to look for a suit.
Vincent, the young lad that served me went above & beyond helping me find the right fitment, swapping between jacket sizes & different fitment to make sure the suit fit perfectly everywhere as I?m more broad shouldered.
He did everything with a smile, had a laugh while helping me and I didn?t feel forced into buying anything.
Brilliant example of an employee that cares for quality service!
If you read this too Vincent, I even went to my local Moss to buy the shoes I tried on for ?reference? as they looked tonnes better than the brown shoes I had already bought prior to the suit ?

The ladies in the Moss Bros Castleford store were amazing at helping my partner find and order his suit for our wedding, we got everything we needed and also hired suits for his groomsman. They were really friendly and helpful.
When we went to the Leeds store the staff seemed disinterested, whereas the Castleford team couldn't do enough to help and advise us, they were absolutely fab. So, I highly recommend taking the trip to them and getting the outlet discount too!

Absolutely outstanding customer service at this shop specifically Tamzin and Lucy were a massive help in my partners time of need 15 days away from our wedding day! I went in the shop feeling sick about my partner losing 2 stone and his suit looking like something 15 year old borrowed from his dad but we both left with a smile on our faces hand in hand so thanks for the help and going above and beyond! Booked a styling appointment for my upcoming wedding and Tamsin provided an excellent service. Left the store very happy with the perfect wedding tuxedo and even bought another suit for other occasions off the back of the appointment too! Many thanks!

I have bought a suit from this shop and it was for a very special day which is my graduation and after i wore my suit for only first time the trousers went like this as shown in the picture attached, also i tried to contact the customer service they were like asking about everything recipes and bank statement ,date of purchase after all of that within 2 weeks they said the suit been worn so many times and normal to happened

After trawling round a number of suit shops at both Lakeside and Junction 32, Our final stop took us here.
This was the one and only place where we were offered assistance. A lovely lady. Sarah, came to offer help and went the extra mile to take measurements, help with colour and style choices and took our childish sense of humour all in her stride! What an absolute asset to the company you are Sarah! Thank you!

Amazing customer service by everyone at J32 branch. Went out of their way to facilitate my request. 1st time in the UK felt like actually dealing with empathetic persons not the usual customer service bots.

Rented a suit for my wedding.
Initially went in to get measured by one of the experienced staff however, these were lost and it had to be redone.
The person they had measure me the second time was new and didn't understand what they were doing.
The suit was due to arrive a few days before the day to give enough time to make changes.
There was an error in delivery and the suit arrived the day before our wedding.
The suit jacket is absolutely massive and now there is no chance to make changes.
It was suggested I drove to two other towns to possible get a suit but turned out they didn't have stock either of a jacket that might fit.
They offered me a discount which was to not pay for the remainder of my suit however, since we were all supposed to be wearing the same outfit this fell well short - they didn't seem to grasp a problem with this.
Backed into a corner I had to accept the poor performance and pitiful compensation due to the rest of my wedding party being at work and not able to go elsewhere for suits.
I suggested that they take out the jackets from the order since they won't be worn - this made it more expensive, what?
If you have an event where you have to rely on these people to provide a suit for you - I wish you all the luck in the world, you will need it.
Edit: contacted the email address on their response, they did absolutely nothing to help.
