Avoid at all costs. Was told the phone could be fixed. Paid £170 , then was told it was unrepairable. Ended up parting with £170 and a phone which doesn't work. Bunch of con artists!!!

Please be aware, I purchased a phone, got home and taking a closer look at the phone, changed my mind, took it straight back and they refused a refund, they said they would only do a buy back, phone cost me £250, they offered £100 buy back price. So I would be at a £150 loss. Please be aware when parting with your money, don't make the same mistake as me. Never have I left a review, but such poor service left me no choice. Also as mentioned in another review the 5 star reviews on here, were left by the owners.

I got a iPhone 6s charged it up to 100% and took it off charge 7am and by 9.15 am phone shuts off it at ran out of charge and I was only talking on messenger. I know from experience that the battery is gone and needs a new one and I paid £140 for the phone.

Firstly 2 of the 3 reviews for this place are by the same person who I have found works there.Secondly AVOID AVOID AVOIDThe worst customer service experience I've ever had. Bought a phone from cex and went here to get it unlocked. Was told £20 and 2-3 days. They took my contact information and told me they would ring me with any updates. After 5 days of no word I decided to go back to the shop to enquire what was happening. I was told that they were having troubles getting a code. Fair enough. When asked why I wasn't contacted with an update as why it was late I was told because they didn't have a code. "but you said you would keep me updated" I said. After giving me a new number to contact them on because the number listed doesn't work they guaranteed it would be sorted by the next day. Next day comes. And I waited till 2pm to call them... Surprise this number didn't work either. So after traipsing back again I was told they couldn't do it. And when I asked for a refund the guy at the front dest tried telling me he'd got in touch with me which he hadn't. Please... AVOID AVOID AVOID
