In a landscape where banks are closing, this Lloyds branch has become my go-to, providing reliable service without any issues. The staff consistently exhibit friendliness, creating a positive atmosphere during each visit. While my interactions have been limited to depositing money, the process has been consistently quick, easy, and trouble-free.However, the opening and closing times, as well as the absence of weekend service, can be a bit inconvenient. These factors slightly detract from the overall accessibility of the bank.

Trying to sort something again urgently and again you get a robot asking you stupid questions giving you loads of info you don?t need and then after ten minutes of that rubbish tells you that everyone else is busy and it will be at least 20 minutes before someone can answer your call half hour later it?s back to work for anyone living in the real world dinner brake is over and no further forwards useless system . Ps I had to put one star or it wouldn?t let me post trust me it would be 0 stars given .

Doesn't accommodate fir people who work from 8:30- 3:30. How is anyone supposed to do their banking when it's not open anymore on a weekend

If trying to call this bank I do not think its possible to speak to a human! horrendous experience trying to speak with someone, hung up in the end. These Bank opening times for me are an absolute waste of time and only seem to consider the unemployed or retired of which I am neither.

Good service,fast,friendly,lloyds staff.
Seven months later sorted my lost credit card replacement,very quickly and smoothly.
Only been in branch twice in Castleford branch,both times very kind,happy,careing staff.
