Had a screw punctured in my tyre. Went to kwik fit at Castleford a young man Very helpful told us to come back at 3pm. Fixed the puncture very quickly within 20 mins and he told us no charge. A very happy customer 10/10 service nice & friendly & would definitely come back to use this garage next time we need anything.

Called in while passing to have tyres checked. Found out that wheels needed alignment. Colin couldn't have been more helpful and polite, got my car in garage straight away. Jordan checked alignment and showed me the print out confirming what needed to be done. From calling in to job completion was about 30 minutes. All in all a great service from a great team, would highly recommend.

The lads today were very friendly & helpful, they had an undesirable in, obviously under the influence of some substance, they dealt with it very professionally and we're very kind to him. They even apologised to me when I returned for my car (no need at all, not their fault). When I got home I realised part of my key was missing, I called, they found it near the desk (I must have dropped it) and they offered to drop it off for me on their way home. Great service lads???

Brilliant service. The guy Nathan is a brilliant guy, can?t do enough for you. I missed my booking by mistake and he sorted out the problem instantly. Then got me a good deal on some tyres.
Never normally go to Kwikfit cos of all the bad reviews. This store has changed my opinion.

Dropped off car 8.35am told it will be first on the ramp 1.to 1.1/2 hours 10.00 am not even started work, another hour before starting job, then went back to previous car, finally left at 1.35 pm. Not the only customer way past their appointment time. Not well managed.

I made the mistake of using the Kwik Fit mobile service to fit 2 tyres for me at home thinking it would be more convenient. However, they broke one of the TPMS sensors in the process which I only found out after. They were willing to fix it, but it was going to take a few days and I was up against it with the car booked in for a service - which would lead to me being charged for the fix.
I dropped in to the Castleford centre and they went out of their way to help me out, got me booked in the next day and sorted the sensor free of charge, despite them being separate from the mobile service. I would definitely recommend using the centre over the mobile service to anyone considering it - it is just a higher quality of service.
