I am updating my review, I originally reviewed this branch three years ago and I believe that the atmosphere in the branch has improved. However, every single time I order from this branch, there is something missing from the order. I?ve ordered from them upwards of 20times, and the accuracy of my order is consistently low. If it was once or twice, it could be down to individual service however with the repeated poor service in the form of missing items - this is a problem led by incompetent managers, equipment, or policies.

Quick and Reliable Drive-Through
I?ve only used the drive-through at this KFC, but it?s always been quick and efficient. The service has been decent, and my orders have been accurate every time. Perfect for when you need a hassle-free meal on the go. Keep up the good work!

Worst KFC ever visited..
Seems like many people work inside but never you get your food on time..
Delivery is even worse after 10.30pm they always cancel my order saying no chicken ? which is very degrading for KFC, as it is chicken but these people still accept the orders, tried to order from other apps too all the time same reason to get my order cancelled No Chicken ?...
I think management should have a deep look into it..

I always find the chicken at this location is superior to any of other KFC. I?m not sure if they cook it differently but it tastes amazing! The service can be a little slow if it?s busy however on a normal occasion it?s usually very quick.

Complained that my chicken was dry and the seasoning and skin was almost burnt. Member of staff took my chicken back and cunningly replaced it with different pieces of similarly burnt chicken, in the same bag. No remorse, no apologies. Its my local KFC. Food quality varies but Customer service is consistently poor.

Literally the worst service on a late evening, twice now we have been and given cold food, terrible service and missing items. Last week they were having a good fight, whilst we were waiting for our order, then missed half the order.

This KFC is the best one I?ve been too the staff are absolutely amazing they deserve so much more than a positive review and the higher up management should look at what they can do as a reward the food is amazing the staff are amazing I couldn?t find a fault with anything even if I tried. Thank you so much for the positive experience

come here often and the staff are always very kind and polite. clean on entry and a nice atmosphere. food hot and fresh.
Parking: parking behind the KFC. alternatively park in Xscape.

Food was ok, although I had to wait a long time for the food after ordering. I then received a £60 parking fine for being over the 60 minutes allowed. Great! I have visited this restaurant many times over the years but due to this experience and after contacting KFC customer service who said there was nothing they can do to help, this will be the last time . BEWARE OF THE TIME LIMIT FOR PARKING . I cannot believe paying customers are fined, especially late in the evening when the car park was empty.

The staff are young people who do not give a dam, two young ladies were especially rude. Requested some breast pieces, they nodded but did not reply and did not pass the message on. We recieved 6 drumsticks and 4 back pieces. We asked if we could order at the counter and they refused us but as we were eating a man clearly ordered at the counter! Shame on you and your inadequate staff!
