Used this place fir 3 years but past few months been awful.
Ordered for delivery at 6.14 arrived at 6.40 and food cold. Special fried rice not special. No seasoning few chopped up bits of chicken and pork but no seasoning or flavour.
Rang to complain told no-one senior available. When said was placing bad review someone came on phone. Told her issues and full of excuses. No solution to resolve issue.
Owner rang back to apologise and assured me will get to bottom of this.

Food was terrible! Arrived cold, special fried rice came with TWO prawns, no other meats?my rice tasted like microwaveable rice and the chicken had zero seasoning. My chips were soggy and cold, the curry sauce tasted like chip shop curry sauce. Prawn crackers were chewy..prawn chow mien had way too many carrots in it and overall the food was disgusting. I?ve been here before and it?s not always been great but it?s never been this bad before, way too expensive too!! Don?t recommend.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE, GAVE ME FOOD POISIONING!!! I have been vomiting and had diarrhoea at the same time last night, it was horrendous and now I'm feeling I'll on NYE so it's completely ruined my day. Put me off ordering takeaway for life.

Never received my order
The driver said he couldn't find me even though I sent him 3 words location and when I looked at Google maps it goes straight to my location. Very disappointed.

Ordered £32 of food and they have us the wrong order. We had to take the order back and asked for a full refund. Staff very rude we will not order from here again.

Simply the best place you will ever eat. The salt and pepper chicken is warm, spicy, delicious and so good it will send your tastebuds back to outer space. The chow mein is also amazing, in fact the whole menu is amazing. Look for a random number, try it and you would be impressed. Trust me, it is the best

Me and my wife used Jade Garden when you used to live local, some 10 years later we was in the area and popped in and it was as nice as always.

My recent experience with Jade Garden left much to be desired, warranting a one-star rating.
Despite placing an order via Deliveroo around 7:30 p.m., my food didn't arrive until a staggering 9:50 p.m. This extensive delay was exacerbated by a phone call to the restaurant at 9:00 p.m., where I was assured that my order was en route. Given that I reside a mere five minutes away, such a prolonged wait time is utterly unacceptable.
Upon finally receiving the order, my disappointment only deepened. The food arrived stone cold and noticeably soggy, rendering it virtually inedible. Regrettably, consuming even a portion of the meal led to both myself and my partner falling ill. In fact, my girlfriend experienced such severe discomfort that she ultimately vomited as a result of the food.
In light of these distressing circumstances, I strongly advise against patronizing Jade Garden. The abysmal food quality and negligent service make it a regrettable dining choice, and I would caution others to seek alternatives to avoid similar experiences.

Just waited 2 hours and 10 mins for food to arrive with no apology or discount, couldn?t ring shop as they must of taken phone off hook for last hour
