Myself & 3 friends visited yesterday, we all ordered pasta dishes with a side of cheesy garlic bread and meatballs. The nicest food was the garlic bread, all the pasta dishes and meatballs were tasteless, i had the arrabbiata, 2 had spaghetti bolognaise and 1 ordered pulled pork carbonara and received chicken carbonara?... We all ordered coca cola which came out of a can and was charged tripled the price for it. The customer service was mesmerising. There were 2 girls similar age to us (late 20?s) and not once did we get a smile or any conversation, it almost felt a chore they were there!! We didn?t get offered any parmesan with our pasta dishes, so i had to sit with my hand in the air as the staff were chatting; one of the managers had to wave her staff over to us as she was busy however still noticed we wanting service. Just absolutely gutted at the price we paid for shocking customer service and crap food, which is usually good!

4 adults 1 child went for meal 3 had the italian food was shckingly awful even garlic bread wasnt up to scratch if that was italian then am a banana.. kids food was ok an the other meal but bill was 105 quid plus soft drinks shockn wont go their again over priced horrid food

Called with all family after Christmas .worst food I have ever had wife sent lasagne back as it was flat cold in middle. I had parmo dry no sauce or cheese to call of on a bed of spaghetti lol why ? Absolutely shocking staff was good service felt a little run down will never return .

Been to visit this evening and all was well, good service and mostly good food but my wife's chicken parm was burned and the spaghetti cold but when mentioned to the waitress we had no acknowledgement...... left with a hungry wife.

Overall very happy. Quickest service I've had at a F&B! Only downside was I asked for the mini kids size for my 1yo but was given the bigger one which went to waste and obviously cost a little bit more. More 'observation' from the staff on the size of the child might have avoided this error - or just double checking whether we meant big or little kids portion.

We were served by Tara who did a great job! We arrived (party of 2 adults and 4 children) and were seated immediately which we didn't expect as we had not booked.
All staff were lovely and very helpful throughout our visit. The food was perfect and the service was very fast.
During the visit, we used the toilet facilities a couple of times and they were very clean and tidy although after flushing, the toilets made a loud humming noise which caused my daughter who has autism, some distress. I was thankful that I had accompanied her.
This really was the only very small issue during our visit.
Parking: Very limited parking for those with disabilities.
Kid-friendliness: Our kids all had a great time! They all received an activity sheet and the food came out in really good time.

Trading as Bird Box on just eat and uber eats. Placed an order via just eat which the restaurant accepted with an eta of 45mins. After 30mins this ETA increased and increased several times, after an hour my order was cancelled by the restaurant with no explanation.

Me my partner normally come to frankie and bennys but last night was terrible the food was not good at all my partner had the new chicken spaghetti and this morning she has not stopped being sick or off the toilet it is very unlikely that we will be coming back which is a shame because I love the food but last night it was a 1/10

I was warmly greeted by Ellen who made the whole experience perfect! She was so lovely and attentive towards me, she gave a brilliant recommendation and provided excellent service from start to finish. She?s a great asset to the team. Thankyou ???
