Don't trust these people. They seemed nice in store but ultimately conned us into a new broadband package we didn't ask for, causing hours of stress/messing around trying to fix over the past few months. Partner went in the shop for a phone upgrade, the guy asked if we'd like a discount on our internet too, as we got it through EE a few months prior - naturally we said yes. He goes into the back and comes back saying he can get us a £1.50 discount, so thought why not. At no point were we told we were being signed up to a brand new contract - turns out they even linked a random mobile number to the account presumably to get it authorised. Not only that but we actually ended up paying more for an inferior package. We both rely on the internet for work and this has royally screwed us over as we've experienced periods of no internet while BT try to rectify this mess and get us back on our original package. I hope the lad who did this had fun with the commission he made though.

My friend went in, elderly lady was ignored by the lads in there and the screwed over on a £20 a month contract for a £30 phone luckily ends in January, I don?t pay that much for unlimited everything, if you have an elderly relative don?t let them go there, what makes it worse a check on the area it?s not even a good or reliable service for her home
