Lovely staff and good coffee, BUT, it was cold and raining outside but even colder inside. Once we bought our coffee from the wonderful assistants, we sat at a table to be frozen by the cold air conditioning. Really offensive that there is an attitude of ?get your money then get out?. Will not be going back.

Pleasant enough staff, but could do with more staff. Gets really busy, and staff are busy serving but could do with more staff to clear away.

Again at Costa junction 32, too busy and not enough staff, big problem 3 staff 16 waiting to be served, tables full of empty cups that need clearing, the three girls working on Friday are non stop one of them goes out to clear tables two on serveary that creates another problem. Costa you must employ more, yes i understand profit and loss, i have been in business nearly 50 years, but your lack of customer care is shocking. NOTE - NOTE -not just this branch i drop in to many across the uk [ check my app ] they are all the same under staffed, sort it quickly i counted around 9 potential customers turn and walk away when they saw the long wait ahead of them.

Really enjoyed my visit and of course my coffee and Blueberry Muffin the place was very clean with lots of room And nice lighting.

I followed a customer who had a big order. There was a misunderstanding with the order which was dealt with proffesionaly this led to a longer waiting time then my order was not as I had asked for. I like my coffee extra hot and it was only just hot. I am usually very satisfied with my visits to Costa. Today wasn't a good day

Staff really friendly. Would have got 5 stars but no decaff. (May not be their fault but was reminiscent of KFC having no chicken)

Excellent quick serving staff felt safe inside and outside. Quick to clean outside area as well. Best iced latte going thank you Costa at junction 32.

Had to queue but plenty of seating inside and out. Staff friendly and helpful.\\nWould be good to have a hand sanitiser dispenser near the entrance to the toilets, save walking back through the shop when you have washed your hands

You can't beat Costa's coffee and their food is good too. However, they are grossly overpriced. I can cook a wholesome meal for 6 with what I spend on a quick snack for two there. Nice that they have seating outside .. shame the glass cover does not extend further out in this changeable weather. Inside is pleasant. Service rather slow and the queue takes a long time to move.

The staff are lovely but every time I get a takeaway coffee from here they leave a sticky coffee residue on the cups, resulting in me having to clean it off my hands. It only happens at this location, it's became a joke because I don't come here often as I live in Scotland so when I do, they don't fail to do that. Which is a bit strange. Maybe I'm just unlucky.
