“I bought some ski boots with Xscape Ellis last year, which so well fitted and the ONLY comfortable skiboots i have ever owned, but getting them on and off had become impossible. Ollie (Oli?) helped me today with some new foot beds for my wonky feet and a truly genius tape hack! I always have the best experience at the xscape ellis skiboot dept, they really know their stuff, both from extensive first hand experience and/or sound training and education in related areas. Looking forward to going back to annoy the team next year with something else! ;)”

“I came to Moss Bros - Castleford this Friday just passed to look for a suit.
Vincent, the young lad that served me went above & beyond helping me find the right fitment, swapping between jacket sizes & different fitment to make sure the suit fit perfectly everywhere as I’m more broad shouldered.
He did everything with a smile, had a laugh while helping me and I didn’t feel forced into buying anything.
Brilliant example of an employee that cares for quality service!
If you read this too Vincent, I even went to my local Moss to buy the shoes I tried on for “reference” as they looked tonnes better than the brown shoes I had already bought prior to the suit ?”

“Some good bargains here but it's all dependent on them having what you want and in the correct size. They didn't have the jacket I was looking for but my friend bought a jacket there. Lots of styles and choice at discounted prices and well worth a visit if you like the Babour brand.”

“Love this store it’s large so has a lot to choose from, easy to find what your looking for has its all in different sections. Mens is near the door, kids and babies is down near the changing rooms and Womens fills the rest of the shop. Always sales on so easy to get some great deals and staff are always lovely.”

Yes it's expensive, but quality is and it lasts for ages in this throwaway (Primarni) world of ours, so you can imagine my delight at finding this store here, virtually on my doorstep. “The staff were friendly and helpful. I think that the clothing rails need to be reorganised. There was a selection of jackets that I liked in the under £10 range and when I went to pay for them they were both £17.50. This was misleading, if just one jacket was in the wrong place mistakes can occur, which I understand when customers like me wander round with items, but this was 5 jackets. ?”

“This morning I went to glasshoughton to purchase a photo cake for my mother's 90th birthday tomorrow, and I was having difficulty transferring the photo from my phone on to the machine.
Anyway, I spoke to a lovely man in the bakery dept....I didn't get his name, but he certainly needs a mention. He helped me solve my problem and I am extremely happy with the cake
