Great for my child's pre walkers (frist shoes) measured in store. Staff friendly, the store was clean. Easy to find what I was looking for. Would recommend.

They have now started to sell some of the more high quality ranges from the Clarks line up. The original ranges.
I'm going to end up with more shoes than Imelda Marcos.
So far I've bought @8 pairs of wallabies,desert trek, torhill, and cups.
If only I had more money. The staff are lovely and will go out of their way to assist you. They actually brought out more items that I may have been interested in that actually were not on the shelf. I'll definitely be back! There were at least 4 more pairs I couldn't decide on. And the prices are very good. @£50 for shoes that usually retail £130-150 absolute bargains.

Staff are always helpful. Not the shops fault I guess but never have in the shoes my kids want in their sizes. Which is a real shame. But still the staff are fantastic at offering alternatives and are kind and patient with the children.

Went for some boots for one of our great grandchildren, the staff were really helpful, pleasant and easy to talk to, we were also very impressed with the prices too

Horrendous experience. Measured my sons feet incorrectly. As parents we noticed his toe was nearly at the end and had to ask them to check again. In there for ages due to them telling us the incorrect size. Son became upset. He wanted to keep the tiny plastic hanger the shoes came on. I asked when paying if he could please keep it, bearing in mind he was crying and had tears in his eyes and they said to him 'no sorry I'm going to have to take that back'. It was the hanger of the shoes I was actually purchasing. Very poor customer service for a children's shoe shop. Would not return. Would not recommend anyone go here unless you want substandard service which is guaranteed to upset your child.
