Called in this morning I was 1 of 2 customer in the doors and I went to pick up my daughters free earrings. They only had one member off staff on that was dealing with the other customer. I was stood waiting at the till for 10minutes and was still not served so I put the earrings in and left.

my daughter done earrings, hole also one She professionals once she?s apprenticed she asked you want to one time both of them or one by one she recommended both ones time which is my daughter crying a lot one is a different directions then she say all is my bad. I have to take off and then do another hole, so my experience next time if anyone kids one hole recommend professional and one air first, then another year better

Took my daughter to get her ears pierced. Was very impressed! Staff took extra time to make sure she felt reassured and that piercings were where she wanted them in her lobes and symmetrical. Plus there's a really good deal for free earrings for 12 months for her so she's delighted! Very happy girl and happy mum, thank you so much!

Can be expensive but my daughter loves it. Can have some good offers but check your receipt as those offers don't always automatically deduct from to total.

As a man I don't go in this type of store, however, I took my granddaughter.....yep empty pockets. To be fair the store has some great buy these get three free deals on so I did get plenty for her....of course the granddaughter did the choosing. Great prices and nice staff.
