Called yesterday for some help regarding our hotpoint dryer as it had stopped working.The gentlemen on the phone was very informative and helpful regarding the process of booking an engineer visit, repair and call out costs.Two gentlemen came today, they found the problem and had parts with them so was able to fix on the same visit. This only took 45 mins all in all and we are extremely happy.The customer services provided from the shop was brilliant and the two gentlemen who came this morning were very polite and helpful.Very happy with the service provided, we would definitely recommend this company.

Called them out to my Samsung washer/dryer, they were very efficient, diagnosed the issue, ordered parts and returned a few days later to do the repair. The office staff were helpful throughout the process, very professional and polite on the phone, as were the engineers who came to the house. I will use them again without hesitation

Thank you - really nice and accommodating chaps came out. A fitting problem was encountered and they insisted that it would be addressed to our satisfaction, which it was. It's taken a while to find such a competent company, but so glad we have. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Chris and James from Castleford Domestic Appliances came today to install our new fridge freezer. James is a credit to this family run business, a very knowledgeable and amicable young man.The professionalism and customer service were first class, with an after service if needed. We called into the showroom to buy a washing machine on Friday. We were given expert and useful advice. We bought a Beko washing machine and it was delivered at 9am on Monday. It was fitted and demonstrated by polite and friendly staff.
