after sending few emails they have blocked and unable to send or call to this agents!
be careful everyone this one is unreliable and very unprofessional!

So we have been looking for a property to rent for about 3 years and recently we was told our current landlord was selling up so we was at a point where I was having sleepless nights at the thought of been homeless after been told there were too many of us and having no guarantor I was loosing all hope,I arranged to view this property I really loved it and it was just what I had been searching for so I rang the office and was sent info I had to fill out and send back believing I wouldn't be considered but Lauren who has dealt with it from the start has helped us with what info we needed to provide (I'm not technological person) but she has advised us how to do things upload things anytime I have emailed/rung office she has got back to me.I would absolutely recommend them to anyone a pleasure to deal with from start

Shocking Company!!
Sill waiting to receive my holding deposit of £220 back due to them not allowing my guarantor to be the guarantor - despite this person passing their checks.
Never responds to emails or calls and the staff in Castleford branch are absolutely shocking in every aspect of customer services, shouting at me and walked off slamming a door whilst in the middle of a conversation.

Had an offer I'm for a house that was accepted, a few days later after an email wasn't responded to I then had a call saying I'd lost the house to a higher offer, but following this i was told more different things, ended up confused, didnt get the house

Worst letting agent ever. I took a flat from this letter agent in North street, South Kirkby. I first few months was okay and all of the sudden my flat door was badly damaged. I requested so many times to fix it but no body listened. Felt like they just wanted the flat rent that's it they even don't care about their tenants. Because of this small mistake of not fixing my door I got robbed by three forking robbers who break inside my house. Because of this issue I lost which I won't get it back. But I would say go anywhere and trust any lettings agent but don't trust this one called castle dwellings. My biggest mistake I ever made was trusting this agent and I leaned a big lesson. Thank you so much for not fixing my door for almost 2 months and getting me robbed at 3:00 am in the morning. Thanks alot.

Our experience so far over the last week is very positive. We have been dealing with Daniel and find him a very pleasant guy, hes easy to deal with and speak to hes communication skills are excellent he keeps his word if he says he'll ring you back he always does he's on the ball at all times and is keeping things moving along nicely thank you Daniel

Daniel was extremly professional in my dealing with purchasing a house. Built up a great repour in a short space of time and his attitude really helped with the purchase. Unlike most estate agents he didnt cross sell other products and kept the service all about the purchase.

Very strange dealings with this company.Looking to rent in Sheffield and I receive a no caller ID call to book a viewing and they didn?t say where they were from. I was struggling to locate my enquiry and said that I would accept and double check the property once confirmed via email. Nothing comes through and because I have no number or company I can?t call to check .They ring again twice today and I politely explain that I have had no confirmation and need to see the property?s listing. They can give me no details, and when I ask if they could forward it to me via email they say they will cancel and were very abrupt about it-and offered no apology for not following up on their promise.It?s so annoying in this rental climate to have your time wasted. This company?s lettings team are incompetent at best, potentially dodgy. Wonder what they are doing with your data
