Called in today to buy my granddaughter a card and wrapping paper for a gift we had purchased. The assistant was extremely helpful going to raid the backroom in a desperate search for unicorn wrapping paper!! As we couldn't find any on the shop floor.
How lovely it is to find an assistant only too happy to go that extra mile and make a shopping trip a happy experience.

Just bought some cards.Sign said 3 for 2 on cards £1.29Just got home and I've been charged for all 3 cards.Server by a man at 1pm today didn't give me a receipt.

Thanks to Katie for her bubbly personality and the Manager of the J32 Freeport shop for our daughters balloons which she went to great extent of making them perfect and she wasn't happy until they were!! They are still fully inflated a week later. Will be back x

The shop in J32 is more spacious and easy to walk round in than its counterpart in Pontefract town centre. I like the selection of cards and wrapping paper and usually find what I like more cheaply than in the supermarkets.
