Absolutely shambolic place, ordered food and waited 20 minutes only to be told it wasn't prepared yet but other ordares were being served after my order. Got a refund and went elsewhere. Avoid at all costs.

Might wanna show staff how to use a brush floor was scruffy as Katie prices knickers, get your door fixed or lock it and open the side to thing was banging slammed shut every 30 seconds

Service was just awful because they would rather sort out the food for the delivery guys for the lazy.
The food was overpriced, we went for the loaded fries, don't bother, they are rubbish.
I will not be going back here.

Took nearly 20 minutes to get 3 small burgers and some chicken nuggets. Staff don't seem to know what they're doing. Food was cold when it came. Didn't take it back because couldn't be bothered to wait another 20mins.

Just been an gave me wrong order and why because a Asian was serving and couldn't understand properly had to repeat 3 times and so did person behind me, get English speaking people serving, was supposed to have king chicken royale instead small burger with chilli I think on sumet slapped on top anyway ordered some loaded chips i think like 15 chips with some cheese an bits bacon on nice but 4.69 never seen worth it but I'm just mostly peeved about the wrong order. I like Burger King but not worth it and now get wrong orders liable to stop

I ordered my food to this place and it switched my location to another burger king 1.1 miles away. She never even gave me a refund.
