Hubby went back for an item we had seen in here on a previous visit. Got to the shop at 5.15pm. Just put his hand on door to go in and one of the volunteers locked it and refused to let him in, even when it was pointed out that the notice on the door said closing time was 6pm.Told him to come back tomorrow morning.Really BHF! if you are trying to run a business you can't just shut when you fancy.Will now lose 2hrs on job, waiting for the store to open. Not great when time is money!
