Ordered something on click and collect and had to return it twice. Damage on a corner. The packaging was poor which is not the fault of B&Q, but the handling of the matter was not good. The most I got was an apology when returning them. I tried emailing support and heard nothing back. When they asked for a review of the product, it keeps saying the nickname I chose was invalid, but it's not that, the website is just broken. I've tried emailing support again, but my expectations are now minimal.

Ridiculous getting in or out of the car park, half an hour waiting and still not out. Needs another entrance/exit. Going to Barnsley from now on.

Poor effort.reserved something instore to pick up at Leeds as it wasn?t in stock there took my money and whilst on my way to Leeds cancelled my order as apparently not in stock there, said it would refund me I?ve had to phone twice call to store twice and 3 weeks later still no refund. I drove to another store where apparently they weren?t in stock either and lo and behold there they were in abundance. Bought what I needed and now just waiting for my refund. Don?t get this issue at the wonderful WICKES or Selco

I?m a regular customer at B&Q and always impressed by the service. Becxa on hardware is consistently helpful and goes out of her way to assist with anything I need, nothing is ever too much trouble. Lee at the Valspar paint section is also brilliant, friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to give expert advice. Great staff make all the difference, and these two are a credit to the store!

It's a big B&Q with a huge (free) car park and a great burger van.
Typical of B&Q it's got a large range of products at really good prices - but check availability online first before you take a trip.
Staff here are always very friendly and knowledgeable.

As regular customers of this store we are always impressed by your staff. Helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The guys on the paint mixing department especially so. It's not always the prices that attract customers, it can often be the staff. Look after them, they're your greatest asset.

My partner and I went in yesterday to get some paint, brushes and poly filler and we had no idea where to start with our decorating journey in our first home!
