Ordered something on click and collect and had to return it twice. Damage on a corner. The packaging was poor which is not the fault of B&Q, but the handling of the matter was not good. Ridiculous getting in or out of the car park, half an hour waiting and still not out. Needs another entrance/exit. Going to Barnsley from now on.
