Stopped at these services on more than one occasion and I am always impressed with it. It isn't the biggest but the layout is very simple and straightforward. There is also a KFC which is definitely a positive. A very good location to grab some food, stretch your legs etc.

Clean and tidy place, with well organised parking areas. I only use motorway services for comfort breaks so cannot comment about their other offerings. I will say the toilets were clean and well layed out.

Clean toilets looked fairly new. Not many shops though. There is a Starbucks as well. Huge parking lot. There are some benches to sit outside but the view is not great. Overall, not bad and there's a burger king as well.

Nice and clean toilet facilities,all the staff we encountered where great!Only downside is the disabled parking outside/next to a zebra crossing.. ( reason for 4 stars)My eldest lad was very nearly knocked down by someone reversing (rather unexpectedly/fast over the zebra crossing) The Food was better than you?d expect from a fast food / service station .We All enjoyed the ice cold drinks!

As you'd expect for a motorway services. It's all clean and reasonably well signed.I do want to mention the westbound Subway takeaway though, the best two Sub staff I've ever met for allergy knowledge and practice. Top class.

Planned to stop here strategically half way to charge the car. 5pm on a Tuesday and the services are COMPLETELY sold out of burgers. Cue totally apoplectic 4 year old. Also there?s only 4 chargers. Really poor services.

The staff I saw were clearly working hard but there was too many people for them to keep up. The place wasn?t very clean, we had to wipe our own table, bins were overflowing, the stairs had spills on them and I didn?t dare go into the toilets. This was before mid-day on a Saturday.

Nice place to stop..plenty of choices for food and drinks.. Recent upgrade on toilet facilities very good.. Outside areas clean and tidy.

Called in on my way to visit home, the place was really busy but we weren't kept waiting very long, it was clean, staff were friendly and polite, good variety of food x

1st ever visit today.Bought a starbucks and some wireless earphones. So glad i checked the earphones before i left, there was one missing and the other one had ear wax and dead skin on it. These had clearly been returned and just thrown back in the shelf.Im discusted and feel grossed out. The guy in wh smiths was very apologetic but it wasnt his fault. Tried to phone customer service 5 times today it just goes to voicemail.

Very easy to miss a turn to the main services location, and if you do, there is no way back. Signage rather poor. Pretty much only junk food available. Fuel prices on average 20% higher than anywhere else. Not much good to say about this location beside the existence itself.

Nice stop for refreshments and quick meals. Starbucks (with Drive Thru), Burger King and Subway...Crispy cream and much more. Car parking is 2 hours free. There's also a Days Inn on site if you need a stay over. The toilets are currently being refurbished, so there are temporary toilets provided outside just by the main entrance - these were well equipped and clean. Traditional fuel station on the way out. Electric car chargers in the main car park, with Tesla charge points just to side of Starbucks.

Really not impressed.... only 1 person on....at least 6 in que....2 walked out.....I understand that people have lunch but should be 2 on all the time...too much for one....we sat on veranda ....omg what a let down!!! Right mess.....decking needs doing.... everywere dirty.... I blame the company not the staff...knowing summer coming these outdoor spaces should be tidied up....
