Hi guys unfortunately have to write this up was at the Tesco petrol station in brighouse & went in to pay the cashiers were very rude & just being awkward. As a dyslexic person I put my card on the machine & the cashier with a loud tone what you doing. I said paying for my fuel. I asked for the cashiers nane as they both were not wearing name badges. Gave a fake name jhon when it was a woman. I believe me being a of different skin clour was the issue. Not happy that Tesco employees are rude & unprofessional if yiu don?t like your job then go ells where

Fuel pump was pay at pump card only. Terrible customer service was forced to used a different petrol station. Horrible people and attitude.

I?m third party merchandiser, I vist the store once a week for work. As customers I love the store it doesn?t do delivero so priority is customers in the store. Tom, Gavin, Amy really show what a supermarket should look like and conduct to customers. It?s a friendly store that looks after customers in the shop as to them sat on a key board. I don?t often write reviews on supermarkets but I?d vote this team to run the country if not every supermarket out there.

I was walking to get some hair gel, i was with my friend so not alone and the security was following us. We didn?t think much off it at first, until he approached us asking what we was buying. I have used Tesco in Brighouse for a number of years without any hiccups.
I like to weigh out the veg I buy but throughout the months of September and October the scale?s closest to the veg have been out of action, it's so frustrating. If the scales cannot be repaired for some reason why on earth can they not be swapped with other scales that actually work. Please get it sorted it?s not rocket science.

This is a great store wide ailes for my scooter so easy to find products with good signs above alot of staff to help if needed and very polite always have what I need well stocked too
