Spoke to Laura on phone about some perfumes. She put them aside for me. Went in and Laura got the perfumes as promised. Customer service on point. The advisor on the till was funny. The staff were funny and charming. Thank you

My wife popped in and found the baskets very dirty and rubbish in them . She politely suggested that they could do with a clean. Later the colleague decided to moan about it with another colleague. I would advise that they take that time to get them hygienic for their paying customers .

Place I used to work and shop in sometimes when venture into Brighouse centre. Always well kept and staff friendly and welcoming. nice to catch up with friends when has a quiet moment
