Visited for hearing, staff couldn?t do enough for me. Pleasant and friendly on each visit. Exceptional service from start to finish. I would recommend this branch to friends and family.

0 stars staff are very Bad , The woman who works in the Earing Aid department very Rude , she only works part time . So if your planning on buying earing Aids go to Boots instead , you can never get appoinment at specsavers and when you do she is Rude and Awful .

My experience was horrendous. No help at all. Need a tissue due to my eyes streaming after my test. No toilet. No water or any offer of a drink of water because I felt dizzy. No compassion at all. 68 years of age worked in customer care most of my life the staff were horrendous. Will not ever go back.

Have used Specsavers for many years, they offer reasonably priced spectacles but it's a sprat to catch a mackerel. when all the bits and pieces are added on they work out very expensive. I didn't find the brighouse branch very friendly or welcoming, I will be trying another opticions when my next eye test is due, would not recommend.

Went for my eyes testing due to having headaches. Was told my eyes had severely got worse, only 8 months after I'd got new glasses. They tried forcing me to get new glasses which I said no as I'm not made of money. They didn't give me my new prescription either luckily really as I went to my usual Specsavers today and they said they haven't changed prescription and Brighouse are know for falsifying people's prescriptions so they have to pay more. I'm presuming they get some sort of commission. Absolutely disgusting. Should be shut down for that.
