I went with my wife for a lunch date and was pleasantly surprised. Ian the host was friendly and attentive and he sat us in the cosy snug area for a little more privacy. I had the steak sandwich which came with fries and salad - the steak was cooked to perfection and came with a delicious gravy to dip. My wife had the cheese toastie which was fabulous by all accounts. It was my first visit to the Old Mill, on my wife's recommendation and I will definitely be visiting again!

Visited for lunch with my wife. We both had sandwiches which were absolutely beautiful and very filling. The service was fantastic and so friendly. Will definitely be coming back!! Thank you

Absolutely awful! It took half an hour before anyone came to take our order and when the food finally did arrive, I had to send mine back because it was just warm. Nobody came to check in on us to see if everything was OK so I had to go in search of a member of staff just to send the food back to be warmed up. We're staying next door in the Premier Inn and have already paid for breakfast for the next 3 mornings. I hope it's a better experience. ?

We enjoyed a meal here with family, 6 of us, early evening. Service was very good - thanks George! Nice to have a room/area to ourselves so we could talk without too much noise. Food was ok - reasonably priced, pretty standard pub menu, but not exceptional. Bit sorry there weren't some local beers on offer. Happy to recommend for a basic pub meal.

Went for lunch. Reasonable choices for lunch and I had the steak sandwich. Prices were reasonable and the staff pleasant.
Parking: Free parking but you must register your car in reception to avoid a fine.
