The service is very slow and as for the coffee you ask for a large one you get half pot of coffee ? I have had to go and ask the staff to fill it up and as for the food it's cold by time you get it as it's just sat there on the side not even under the warm light to keep the food warm this is why I have only give them no Star's

Waited 30 minutes for a 2 double cheeseburgers. When I asked what was going on I was told that they knew nothing the burgers. I showed the receipt and they reluctantly took it and made my food.

Service was slower than usual even though there were lots of staff and it wasn't very busy. Food was also barely warm.

Food is always cold and always things missing, I remember they once forgot to put chicken nuggets in a chicken nugget happy meal and I only noticed once I got home, had to give my daughter my meal.

We ordered food direct from the menu, no special orders at 7pm. The food came at 7.26pm and there were no other people in the restaurant area, Drive through wasn't too busy either. When the food came it was cold and the wrap of the day was not fit to eat, way over cooked. Threw most of it away, what a waste of £27. The staff we're young kids not interested in customer care and poor attention to detail. All the tables were dirty and unkept and bins overflowing.

Don?t think this McDonald?s is even half capable of serving warm food. The deliveries are always stone cold? collections are 2 degrees above room temperature. Can?t be that difficult to keep things under the lamp!

Sunday evening it was quiet inside, ordered the food waited about 15 minutes for the food. Drove home to find a wrap and all the dips were missing from the order. It's not difficult to get the order correct it was only 3 meals, you shouldn't have to open the bag and start rummaging through the order to make sure everything is in there. Absolutely useless!!!!

Really is the worst mcdonalds, luckily I hear there is one opening in shelf soon. Ordered for delivery. Food literally ice cold, sons burger was super soggy, sauce missing (paid extra for the big one too) mcflurry had no sauce either.

Ordered online. Two items missing and the sauces; and fries were stone cold. No straws or napkins (although as at home this was not an issue, but is an indication of the sloppy service) Items missing not refunded via Uber eats. Will not use this service again.

Items missing from order.....cold food....this happens on every delivery. Save your money and don't bother ordering for delivery.
