Went at 3:08pm hardly 5pm Shut at 3pm Monday, wanted to deposit cash place shut, went to cash machine one machine not working yet again other machine not able to deposit money neither do when working, the place is an absolute joke to the general public. We went into branch today with worries about using the banking app, and opening up new accounts, needing to deposit a large sum of money. The staff were absolutely brilliant, helpful and kind, and helped us every step of the way and we even shared a laugh. Very helpful indeed. Where would be without local branches?

Some staff seem uninterested in helping you, pushing you off to the machines or other staff members as they’re “too busy”, and then blatantly talking about unrelated personal nonsense. Almost feel like you’re interrupting their day when you enter that place. Shame it’s the only one nearby, honestly worth driving... read full comment
